The Sea Star Beanie is knit in 2 colors of the yarns of Rhichard Devries (100% wool, fingering weight). Sized to fit a youth with a (blocked) circumference of 18" and depth of 6.5", the adventurous knitter could alter the pattern to fit an adult.
The kit includes 2 skeins of yarn and the pattern.  
Difficulty: Intermediate. Knit in the round on 16" circular US 3s, finished at the top with dpns, or your circular knitting method of choice. Skills needed: knitting in the round, knit, purl, basic colorwork, decreases (SK2P).
Finished size: blocked, approximtely 18" circumference x 6.5" depth
